Gentle processing of fruit preceded cold settling and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to ensure retention of fruit vibrancy and freshness. The Chardonnay components of this blend were matured for four months on ferment less to build texture and complexity before final blending and preparation for bottle.
Bright, light straw gold in colour with tinges of green. Lifted aromas of pineapple, peach and melon are complemented by subtle spicy lemon citrus notes. The palate has a lovely texture with fresh fruit flavours of lemon citrus and stone fruits. A fresh, flavoursome wine with soft, juicy, balanced acidity leading to a sustained finish.
