Houghton Kitchen's resident chef, Herb Faust, was the only contestant to beat an Iron Chef on the Channel 7 series. Herb's seasonal menus are developed with an emphasis on fresh West Australian produce and boast international flavours that feature his diverse culinary skills.

The Kitchen is open for lunch from 11 am Wednesday – Sunday; grazing plates and pizzas to contemporary à la carte menu. Or pre-order wines and a picnic feast, to enjoy in the grounds when you arrive.

For group bookings of 12 or more, enjoy our hearty shared menus designed to encourage conversation and good times across the table, while presenting your group with the irresistible colours and flavours of Chef Herb's favourite seasonal dishes. For larger groups of 30 or more guests, we also offer our "Main Attraction" function menu.
